About Us
Water Birch Counseling provides evidence-based mental health care adapted to the individual needs of each client. We take a holistic approach to mental health, and offer complete care and support in a safe, empathetic environment. By discovering how each person feels, thinks, reacts, and interacts in different settings, we can craft a treatment plan uniquely suited to the individual. We promote a collaborative path to growth, harmony, and well-being, and our therapists strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance and trust.

Our therapists are experienced in techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Lifespan Integration Therapy (LIT). However, if for any reason we feel that our providers aren’t the best fit for your needs, we will do our best to refer you to an outside therapist who may be better able to help.
